C & A Preservation has been in the mortgage field services industry since 1993. Craig Cosby is founder and owner. He began his inspection and preservation business over 17 years ago and he has grown this company to be one of the most reliable and respected field service companies in the industry. Craig also holds a current DRE license and general contracting license.

Our experience in the field service industry sets us apart from our competition and so does our fully staffed 1600sqft office in Temecula, CA . All staff utilize top of the line laptop computers with air cards so uploading never stops even when our staff leaves the office. All staff is on-site which is unlike many companies such as ours who outsource to save costs. After the many years we have dedicated to this business we know the hands on approach is always works the best which is why all staff is located on-site. We also utilize T1 internet service to provide the fastest possible uploading of all work orders and photos while our staff is in the office.

Growth Strategy

Due to our many years in this field we have become a very well recognized and respected name. With our reputation and our website at capreservation.biz we have formed a large vendor base. We are listed on all the top internet search engines for field service companies. Because of our recognition we have developed a waiting list of potential vendors.

Potential vendors are first pre-screened on backgroundcheck.com and then we meet with them in the field for onsite training. Our vendor training process gives our new vendors a good look at what is expected from them. It includes the most commonly missed issues like proper maid services and removing all nails/hooks/hardware from every property. Training also includes our detailed in house QC program which vendors are required to follow. Our Qc program will be further detailed latter in this presentation.

We currently use PreserveSoft Software into our office environment to more efficiently track orders and have even faster turnaround times. PreserveSoft can customize its software to meet and exceed both of our needs.

Quality Control Plan

Our QC program is one of the best in the industry. Our QC vendors have been trained to make sure every property meets and exceeds our clients high standards. We pay out of our own pocket to QC every single initial that comes through our office. We spend thousands of dollars each year on this process which is conducted by our third party QC vendors but the results of this process have been praised by clients as well as the agents time and time again. We have attached the forms our QC vendors send and the instructions given to them.

We request each of our trashout vendors spend the last 15 minutes at every property to go through and fill out the same QC form given to our third party vendors and be sure there are no qc issues before leaving. This vital process enables us to figure out which vendors are blatant repeat offenders and which vendors just need to work on their finishing touches . A monthly report is ran to be able to monitor issues that keep arising. All reports are made available to our clients at any time.

Recovery Plan

• All vital info is backed up every night to our offsite server.
• In case of any disaster or emergency all staff can continue to work without interuption via their laptop with aircard.
• Our IT rep is available 24 hours a day to solve any issues
